Description
Glucosamine + Calcium Joints care drink

Royal Glucosamine D drink is a blend of N-acetyl Glucosamine (extracted from Crabs & Shrimps), Hyaluronic Acid, Royal Jelly, Calcium Gluconate, Cat’s Claw Extract. Glucosamine a nutritional “Building Block” originally produced by the human body. It plays a central role in the health of all joints & stimulates the production of cartilage.
As we age, our cartilage gets damaged since our body slows down the process of producing glucosamine naturally. It could start with mild stiffness in the morning or creaking, cracking joints.
Royal Glucosamine D drink is a popular health drink in Japan. It is an excellent supplement to support the overall strength and condition of joints, by regenerating damaged cartilage. N-acetyl glucosamine, Glucosamine, and Hyaluronic acid consumed from food and supplements is absorbed in the body and then utilized as our tissue, for example joint cartilage, skin, and eyeball including for moisture retention. N-acetyl glucosamine is directly absorbed by the body and hence it is said that its absorption level is several times higher than glucosamine hydrochloride. As the nutrition obtained from daily diet is many times insufficient due to busy schedules or cultural habits, supplementing glucosamine becomes more important as we age (*)

DESCRIPTION OF MAIN INGREDIENTS

1. N-acetyl glucosamine
- N-Acetyl Glucosamine is a muco-polysaccharide precursor of hyaluronic acid, an essential component of the synovial liquid which lubricates the joints. Many studies have shown that NAG helps the organism repair damaged cartilage, reduces inflammation and pain, and helps to restore mobility in the joints. NAG is much better absorbed by the organism than simple glucosamine sulfate. NAG is used preferably together with Chrondroitin Sulphate.
- NAG (N-Acetyl Glucosamine) helps to reduce inflammation and joint pain for easier movement and better joint health.
- Key amino acid necessary for the production of connective tissue surrounding joints.
- Meets the exceeding demand of the body for NAG due to injury, illness or disease.
- Helps to reduce inflammation involved in bowel disease like ulcerative colitis.
2. Hyaluronic Acid Benefits: Promote Healthy Joints
- One of the most researched benefits of hyaluronic acid is its ability to alleviate aching joints. Its effectiveness in this area isn’t surprising since hyaluronic acid is especially concentrated in the knees, hips, and other moving joints. It is a major component of both cartilage and the synovial fluid that bathes these joints, binding to water to create a thick, gelatinous substance that lubricates and protects the cartilage.

- Together, synovial fluid and cartilage act as shock absorbers that can withstand a tremendous amount of wear and tear. However, in joints afflicted by arthritis, hyaluronic acid levels are extremely low, causing the synovial fluid to become less viscous and the cartilage less cushiony.
- For years, orthopedists have injected hyaluronic acid directly into the synovial spaces of arthritic joints for relief of pain and inflammation. This “lube job” is a pretty helpful treatment, but regardless of its effectiveness, many people shy away from injections.

3. Royal Jelly
- Royal jelly sounds prestigious, stirring up curiosity, and for good reason. It’s been reported to have anti-tumor, antibacterial and wound-healing properties.
- Boosts Immune System and Counters Allergic Reactions.
- Helps Alzheimer’s Patients.
- Contains Beneficial Probiotics.
- Eases Menopausal and Postmenopausal Symptoms.
- Improves Collagen Levels for Great Skin
- Treats Osteoporosis.
- Aids in Healing Wounds
- Improves Male Infertility.
4. Calcium Gluconate
- This medication is used to prevent or treat low blood calcium levels in people who do not get enough calcium from their diets. It may be used to treat conditions caused by low calciumlevels such as bone loss (osteoporosis), weak bones (osteomalacia/rickets), decreased activity of the parathyroid gland (hypoparathyroidism), and a certain muscle disease (latent tetany). It may also be used in certain patients to make sure they are getting enough calcium (e.g., women who are pregnant, nursing, or postmenopausal, people taking certain medications such as phenytoin, phenobarbital, or prednisone).
- Calcium plays a very important role in the body. It is necessary for normal functioning of nerves, cells, muscle, and bone. If there is not enough calcium in the blood, then the body will take calcium from bones, thereby weakening bones. Having the right amount of calcium is important for building and keeping strong bones.
- Calcium gluconate is a salt of calcium and gluconic acid. It is the most popular form of calcium used in the treatment of hypocalcemia. It is used to treat low calcium levels especially in people who lack calcium in their diet. It is also used to treat other conditions caused by low calcium level such as osteoporosis or bone loss, weak bones or osteomalacia or rickets, hypoparathyroidism, and a certain muscular condition called latent tetany.
- Calcium plays a very important role in the body. It is necessary for the normal functioning of nerves, cells, muscles and bones. If there is not enough calcium in the blood, then the body will take calcium from bones making them weak and brittle. Ninety-nine percent of the body’s calcium content is stored in the bones and teeth. The rest is used in neurotransmission and muscle contraction activities.
- Clinical research show that calcium gluconate is known to prevent bone thinning among postmenopausal women. It is also recommended for nursing, and pregnant women.
- In cases of hyperkalemia, or the presence of high level potassium in the blood, calcium gluconate is used to protect the heart. Although the substance does not affect the level of potassium in the blood, it reduces the activity of cardiomyocytes, or the building blocks of cardiac muscles, thus reducing the risk of developing cardiac arrhythmias.
- Calcium gluconate is used as an antidote to magnesium sulfate toxicity. Magnesium sulfate is often given to pregnant women to prevent seizures especially those experiencing pre-eclampsia. It is also given to women experiencing premature labor in order to stop labor contractions. It may also be used to treat insect bites or stings, particularly black widow spider bites.
- Calcium can be found in yogurt, milk, and cheese. It is most readily absorbed in the body when taken in conjunction with vitamin D thus we need to have enough of the sunshine vitamin for the body to absorb enough calcium for healthy bones and teeth.
